WOE88 Terms & Conditions

01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and WOE88 (hereinafter "WOE88", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to, registration with, and use of the WOE88 online gambling and sports betting platform available at woe88.cam.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on WOE88, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

WOE88 is operated as an online entertainment and gaming platform targeting adult players in Malaysia. Our platform offers live casino games, video slots, sports betting (including football markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, and other major competitions), and additional gaming products. All services are provided to players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms an integral part of the overall agreement between you and WOE88.

02Definitions

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the WOE88 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits awarded to a Player pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and source-of-funds verification process required by WOE88 before processing withdrawal requests or in response to fraud investigations.
• "Platform" means the WOE88 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated software applications through which gaming services are accessed.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player using accepted payment methods, exclusive of any bonus credits.
• "Rollover / Wagering Requirement" means the total sum a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Wager" means any bet, spin, or round of play placed using Account funds on any game or event offered through the Platform.
• "MYR / RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency in which all transactions on WOE88 are conducted by default.

03Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the WOE88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You warrant and represent that all of the following conditions are met at the time of registration and continue to be met throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. WOE88 does not permit gambling by persons under 21 under any circumstances.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful.
• You have not been self-excluded from WOE88 or any other gambling platform as part of a self-exclusion programme.
• You do not suffer from a gambling addiction or disorder at the time of registration, and you will immediately contact us and make use of our self-exclusion tools if such a condition develops.
• The funds you deposit are not derived from criminal activity of any kind.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by WOE88for breach of these Terms.

04Account Registration & Security

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password. WOE88 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password not used on any other platform. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

WOE88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must notify WOE88 immediately at [email protected].

As part of our KYC obligations, WOE88 reserves the right to request identity documentation — including a valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method — at any time and particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities.

05Deposits & Withdrawals

WOE88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 (method-dependent minimums may apply).
• Deposits are generally credited to the Account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• WOE88 does not impose fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the WOE88 Account.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5minutes.
• DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Direct bank wire transfers may take 15–60 minutes depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. WOE88 reserves the right to request documentation before releasing funds.
• Real Money Funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to pending wagering requirements on any active Bonus Funds.
• WOE88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

06Bonuses & Promotions

WOE88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free-spin awards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which take precedence over this general clause in cases of conflict.

The following general conditions apply to all WOE88 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page (common ranges: 10x–20x).
• During any period in which Bonus Funds are active, the maximum permitted stake per round or per bet is RM 250, unless the promotion specifies a different cap. Exceding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winings.
• Slots generally contribute100% toward rollover requirements. Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo) typically contribute 10–20%. Sports bets may carry a different contribution rate as specified in the relevant promotion.
• Bonus Funds carry an expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation as stated in each promotion). Unmet rollover requirements upon expiry result in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Duplicate registrations to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitute a material breach of these Terms.
• WOE88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered Player and may not be transferred to or shared with another Account.

07Betting Rules & Wager Integrity

All wagers placed on WOE88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or event type. These rules are displayed within the relevant game lobby or betting interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed price or result and the correct value, WOE88 reserves the right to correct such discrepancy and to void or re-settle affected wagers accordingly.

Wagers are accepted in good faith. WOE88 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, bets on events whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement, or bets placed following a system error.

Live betting markets for events such as Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, English Premier League matches, and UFC bouts are offered in real time. WOE88 shall not be responsible for connectivity issues on the part of the Player that result in delayed bet submission or accidental placement of unintended wagers.

WOE88 applies maximum payout limits across all markets. Specific limits are published within each game or event category. WOE88 will not be liable for any payout in excess of published maximums even where the calculated return exceeds that figure.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the WOE88 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, and all associated balances may be forfeited:

• Multi-accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on WOE88.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational gambling, including matched betting across multiple accounts or systematic exploitation of deposit match terms.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players in live games or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking software, or any other mechanical or electronic device to simulate human gameplay.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing bets to guarantee a profit by exploiting price differences between WOE88 and other platforms.
• Fraud or money laundering: Using the Platform in connection with any fraudulent scheme, or using gambling transactions as vehicle for money laundering or the processing of proceeds crime.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider after funds have been credited and used for wagering.

09Responsible Gambling

WOE88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a primary source of income, and not activity that should cause financial or personal harm.

WOE88 provides the following responsible gambling tools, which Players are encouraged to use proactively:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) — set via Account settings or by contacting support.
• Loss limits — caps on the total amount lost in a defined period.
• Session time reminders — notifications when a predefined session duration has elapsed.
• Cool-off periods — temporary account restrictions of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion — voluntary account closure for a minimum of 6 months, extendable up to permanent exclusion.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the WOE88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, sound files, and audiovisual elements — is owned by or licensed to WOE88 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit the reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of WOE88.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WOE88's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

WOE88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress — arising from:

• Service interruptions, server downtime, or maintenance periods.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Technical errors in game software attributable to third-party studio providers.
• Loss arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to maintain adequate security of credentials.
• Any decision by WOE88 to void or re-settle a wager in accordance with Clause 7.

12Account Suspension & Termination

WOE88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as set out in Clause 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misrepresentation in the registration process.
• A Player's exercise of their self-exclusion right.
• At WOE88's reasonable commercial discretion.

Upon termination for cause, WOE88 reserves the right to withold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Funds held at the time of account closure for cause will be reviewed; WOE88 will endeavour to return verified Real Money Funds to their source payment method following investigation.

Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 2 business days.

13Amendments to These Terms

WOE88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Players via a notice displayed upon next login and, where an email address is held, via email to the registered address. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who do not accept amended Terms may close their Account prior to the effective date of the amendment, subject to the withdrawal of any Real Money Funds in accordance with Clause 5.

14Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by applicable law. If a dispute arises between a Player and WOE88, we encourage resolution through our internal complaints process in the first instance.

To raise a formal complaint, Players should submit a written description of the issue — including Account details, the nature of the dispute, and any supporting evidence — to [email protected]. WOE88 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
